Scottsdale, AZ - April 17, 2009 - Delta Mutual
(OTCBB: DLTM) announced that its joint venture partner, Security
Systems International , Inc. (SSI) of Scottsdale AZ has received
confirmation that the first grant money from the Renewable Energy
and Energy-Efficient Technologies Grants Program of the State of
Florida has been awarded to SSI’s client, Willard & Kelsey Solar
Group, LLC (W&K), in the initial amount of $2.5 million. These funds
will be used by W&K to construct a manufacturing facility that will
produce solar photovoltaic panels in Bay County, Florida.
Pursuant to its agreement with W&K, SSI will receive a commission to obtain up
to $55 million in financing, grants or other assets for the construction of a W&K
facility to manufacture solar panels in the State of Florida.
